Digitech Systems Inc. has been established in September 2000 and currently one of the biggest touch screen companies in Korea.
After completion of press type of touch panel line( 300,000EA/month) in Feb. 2001, they made contract with LG Philips, one of the biggest LCD suppliers in Korea in relation to film touch panel development and supplied in consequence of their excellent and superior technical capability.
April, 2003, this company was remarkably well established within touch screen market in Korea by supplying their products to major companies such as SAMSUNG SDI and so on.
December 2004, Binext Capital became this company’s share holder by purchasing their old stock even at the time Digitech was performing net loss. Binext firmly believed this company’s huge potential for future.
As Binext forecasted, Digitech kept developing and improving their technology at a remarkable speed. So they got into PDA market in yr 2005 and successfully made various platforms such as one for MAC and LINUX. In addition, they successfully applied for 2 patents in Capacitive Touch screen Panel part.
December 2005, their products were well recognized as one of the leading products for next generation by Korea Industrial Technology Foundation
Year 2006, they completed Capacitive Touchscreen development, called ”Tuff Touch? which was one step forwarded Capacitive Touch screen and selected as both “STAR IT COMPANY?and “Bright Prospect Small Medium Business Enterprise for export?which happened to accelerate Overseas export.
This kind of business operation enable Digitech to possess a strong technical basis such as PDA, PMP and commercial gaming devices and made co-development contract with IGT, one of the largest game companies in the world.
With its successful business growth, Digitech turned loss to gain and gained 12.3M revenue and 4M net income in yr 2005, 25.2M revenue and 8.1M net income in yr 2006 and finally listed in KODAQ market successfully in July 2007.
Binext Capital invested 4M in December 2004 and sold it at 64M (2,734%). It turned out to be the best invest return rate record in yr 2007.
